The Vermont Agency of Agriculture determined that Delta-8 THC is not a compliant hemp product and prohibits its sale through hemp retailers. Any Delta-8 THC products must be sold exclusively through Vermont's licensed cannabis retail system and are subject to all cannabis regulations.
