Colorado explicitly banned Delta-8 THC in 2021 through House Bill 1317. The law prohibits artificially derived cannabinoids including Delta-8 THC from the hemp market. Delta-8 products are not allowed for sale in Colorado, even through cannabis dispensaries. Only naturally occurring cannabinoids in compliant hemp products are permitted.
