Alaska has banned Delta-8 THC by classifying it as a synthetic tetrahydrocannabinol under state law. The Alaska Department of Natural Resources hemp regulations prohibit artificially derived cannabinoids, including Delta-8 THC produced through chemical conversion of CBD. Delta-8 products cannot be legally sold or possessed in the state.
