The Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission and Oregon Department of Agriculture have determined that Delta-8 THC, due to its psychoactive properties, must be sold exclusively through Oregon's licensed cannabis retail system. Hemp-market Delta-8 products are prohibited, and violations are subject to state enforcement action.
