Florida permits the sale of hemp-derived Delta-8 THC products under its state hemp program established by SB 1020 in 2019. Products must contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis and must meet state labeling and testing requirements. Retailers are required to verify that purchasers are 21 years of age or older, and Delta-8 products are widely available across the state.
